We are looking for a passionate Business Intelligence Data Analytics Manager.
The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.
Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities.
They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
Drive Revenue reporting with focus on demand/supply related KPIs Market research with respect to Revenue and Product Management requirements.
Competitor analysis and customer surveys to conduct first hand market information Serve as analytics expert by analyzing data in order to make better business decisions Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize business efficiency and quality
Acquire from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases Identify, analyze and interpret business trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Filter and "clean" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
Work with department members and management to prioritize business and information needs Perform adhoc and reoccurring analyses
Your profile Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
4-6 years experience in a similar capacity Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects, Qlikview etc), databases (SQL, Access), programming (XML, Javascript or ETL frameworks)
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for anaylzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and project management skills, including excellent presentation development with strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization Selfstarter with the ability to multitask and with a proven ability to handle multiple deliverables with tight deadlines Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Ability to operate in ambiguous environments
