Deine Aufgaben:
Implementation of the Compliance Management System (CMS) on regional level in order to protect DB Schenker Business Unit as well as its bodies, executive staff and employees and to minimize risks to the reputation and assets of DB Schenker Business Unit through suitable preventative measures with regards to the DB Schenker compliance core topics (anticorruption, fraud and embezzlement, trade compliance, antitrust (with DB Anti-Trust))

Initiation and supervision of local implementation of CMS.

Accountable Communicate and implement groupwide and additional compliance policies and processes on regional level Initiate and supervise local implementation of compliance policies Collect and aggregate compliance reporting from clusters/countries Alert DB Schenker Global Compliance and regional management in case of ad hoc compliance issues Continuously improve compliance processes Conduct compliance training on regional and local level, develop additional training material where necessary as well as monitor and document participation in training Conduct compliance risk assessment of subcontractors Initiate compliance audits and process reviews on regional and local level as well as evaluate non-core compliance audit results Communication of compliance topics on regional level

Responsible Give advice to management and staff in regional functions regarding compliance related matters Answer regional and crosscountry customer compliance requests Handle whistle blowing process Administrate cases of regional and local importance Perform internal investigations, steer internal investigations by external parties or support internal investigations Conduct compliance reviews after consultation with DB Schenker Corporate Compliance Supplement compliance policies on regional level in addition to groupwide regulations in alignment with DB Schenker Group Compliance Support clusters/countries regarding the implementation of Compliance Post Merger Integration Plan for newly acquired entities and report progress and completion to DB Schenker Global Compliance Responsible for the trade compliance and the sanction list screening processes on regional level Advise and assist Country Sanction List Manager Act as subject matter expert regarding regional and international requirements, and DB Schenker regulations

Consulted Support development of groupwide compliance policies and processes Support and assist country organization with performance of risk assessment. Consult with DB Schenker Global Compliance as well as responsible HR functions regarding disciplinary action to be taken

Dein Profil:
Degree in finance, economics or business administration, law. At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Compliance/Trade Compliance. High degree of personal responsibility. Good basic understanding of project management. Strong and open communication skills. Personal Integrity and social competence. Analytical and conceptual skills. Independent and result-oriented work. *Fluent written and spoken English is indispensable, other foreign languages would be an advantage.
