(Junior) Application Specialist eCommerce (m/f/d)

Tasks

  • Customizing and maintaining the middleware system in the Nintendo eCommerce landscape

  • Monitoring the different system functions, interfaces to connected systems (log files) and implications to connected systems

  • Being the contact for the internal customers and supporting them with the different requirements

  • Handling tickets and coordinating all related activities from requirements management, debugging errors, alignment with all relevant parties, realization, testing to monitoring during and after deployment

  • Coordinating the external service partner

  • Cooperating with the different parties involved like UX design, Web Development, Logistics, Finance, etc.

  • Supporting product releases or peak business phases by monitoring the system behaviour

  • Managing users and authorizations

Requirements

  • Degree in IT or related field or equivalent professional experience

  • Good skills in SQL and good understanding of web-services and APIs

  • Very good analytical skills

  • Good understanding of business processes and its dependencies

  • Experience in running a web shop as well as building and consuming web interfaces would be a plus

  • First experience with demand management and requirement management

  • Good written and spoken English and German language skills

  • Teamwork-oriented mindset, structured working manner as well as proactive and solution-oriented way of working
