(Junior) Application Specialist eCommerce (m/f/d)
Customizing and maintaining the middleware system in the Nintendo eCommerce landscape
Monitoring the different system functions, interfaces to connected systems (log files) and implications to connected systems
Being the contact for the internal customers and supporting them with the different requirements
Handling tickets and coordinating all related activities from requirements management, debugging errors, alignment with all relevant parties, realization, testing to monitoring during and after deployment
Coordinating the external service partner
Cooperating with the different parties involved like UX design, Web Development, Logistics, Finance, etc.
Supporting product releases or peak business phases by monitoring the system behaviour
Managing users and authorizations
Degree in IT or related field or equivalent professional experience
Good skills in SQL and good understanding of web-services and APIs
Very good analytical skills
Good understanding of business processes and its dependencies
Experience in running a web shop as well as building and consuming web interfaces would be a plus
First experience with demand management and requirement management
Good written and spoken English and German language skills
Teamwork-oriented mindset, structured working manner as well as proactive and solution-oriented way of working
