Tasks

  • Providing legal advice with a focus on European information technology law and data protection law
  • Advising Nintendo of Europe business units, as well as Nintendo Japan Legal and developers on technology-related legal matters and projects concerning the European region
  • Supporting legal drafting and review of letters, contracts and other IT law or data protection-related documents for the European region
  • Collaborating with and receiving guidance from the Senior European Legal Advisors in the team

Requirements

  • German law degree; a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in IT law would be a plus
  • Ideally several years post-qualification work experience
  • Excellent knowledge of German civil law, IT law, and privacy laws
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German language skills
  • Very good communication skills paired with a team oriented mindset and diligent working style
